Busy night for me… Including being in charge of dinner - thankfully a rare occurrence at my place.
Here’s a pic of traditional Chinese beef noodle soup (牛肉麵), as taught to me by my mother-in-law. Something I attempt roughly once a year, always in winter, to remain in practice. (Noodles cooked separately, and only added right before serving, for anyone wondering.)
