What are these worth - Retiring from HiFi

I bought some equipment from this guy, he's at the age where he's retiring from hifi unfortunately, he wanted to know what the rest of these are worth, said I'd ask around for him

The cabinet is solid wood with very thick side panels for deadening, he built it himself, sturdy with good workmanship from what I could tell

The pre amp is a Rotel 1070

Not sure about the Rotel CD player model

Speakers are Boston VR3's
