What Speaker Cable is this?

I use this rather nice quality speaker cable, if I remember correctly it came with a 2nhd setup I had at one stage, I googled what was written on it but no info on the net, been bugging me as google hardly ever comes up empty handed!

Looks good quality, it has a blue strip running along on the sheath of the one side, made in west germany, looks like the strands are silver coated and its 2.5mm thick.

Anyone have an idea what make this is:
