I plan to calling the buyer up (they're not of this forum) and stating that within 5 days, if they do not produce the change of ownership paperwork, I will report the car as stolen.
I've been pushed to this point, as it has been more than a month now, and I cannot renew my own car's licence disc, as the sold car's licence has also expired, and is still in my name.
Just thought to check in here if for any reason this is an unwise course of action?
