Where do you buy your cartridges and/or needles from?

Hey guys,

Quick question:  where do you buy your cartridges and/or needles from?

I'm looking for:

1.  An online supplier based locally
2.  Someone in Cape Town for customer visits
3.  Someone in Johannesburgish region for customer visits

In particular, I'm looking for:

1.  Diamond needles
2.  Budget cartridges
3.  Upper-Mid range cartridges for standard fits, like Technics 1200 etc.

Getting asked about where to get these way too often, and as the 'hardware' side of vinyl isn't my forte, I thought I'd ask here first.
