I need to replace my glasses frames :/
As anyone knows who wears glasses full time, frames are a very personal choice you have to live with everyday.
I have been using Torga Optical, as I have found that their prices on lenses seem to beat all others - because they have their own lens manufacturing lab.
However, having checked out their frames at one branch recently (they now only carry their own brand) - I was not enthused.
Actually, my last two frames were bought in India (great quality, great price), but that's a non-starter.
Thus I am thinking to shop around for frames, and then have the lenses done at Torga.
I have taken to enjoying the comfort of plastic frames (like this: https://www.goggles4u.com/media/wysiwyg/Plastic-Eyeglass-Frame.jpg) rather than wire frames with these uncomfortable nose pads (like this: https://static.tendaglasses.com/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/5/6/56170_c_br_4_.jpg).
I am willing to spend some money on decent frames (to my liking both wrt to comfort & aesthetics & quality), but I can't spend much more than 2k.
Your recommendations pls & tx?
