Which uncapped ADSL provider

Which uncapped ADSL service provider won't "manage" (throttle) me to death when they think I've downloaded a bit too much. Afrihost offloads their "management" to IS and it has become virtually unusable for even normal browsing should you go over whatever they consider the limit. I watch a lot of non copyright documentaries etc. so I cannot even be called a pirate - feel like I'm being punished, or maybe they want to force you to use their capped offerings so that they can make more money?
