Which woofer for IB subwoofer

I'd appreciate some input and suggestions in looking for suitable (and affordable!) speakers for an IB subwoofer project. I am aiming for 2 2x18" manifolds (but are open to 15" if suitable).

Atm I can find only one suitable candidate, and although I expect that the numbers below will not impress anybody, it is basically the exact speaker that Oom Chris Templer used in his monstrous subwoofer.

The sensitivity was 96db, and the frequency range 25-1800Hz on the woofers used by Oom Chris. Rest of the figures are the same.

Anyway, I am open to any idea and suggestion. My IB subs will be mounted below the floor, space no problem at all.
