August is women's month in SA, and maybe it is time, once again, to reflect on why so few hifi enthusiasts are women.
As I see it, music is as essential to women as men and if we say the hifi is aimed to serve music, then there is a problem somewhere.
So why is this the current situation? Should we accept it as the nature of the beast, or what should we collectively do to change the situation?
Maybe we should also start celebrating the women in the ecosystem, Karen Summer, Eva Manley and who else?
