Good review by Deon Schoeman on the Yamaha Aventage A-3010. As an owner of the A810, I'm keen to hear the opinions of Yamaha's new range. However, I would like to see reviews of a product where it's not the top of the range model.
What Hi Fi also review the A3010 and like AVSA, gave it 5 stars - then again, it does cost R23K and is top of the line. The Aventage line incorporates some new hardware and design, which started with a A3010 and I'm interested if these were kept through to the lower models as well.
Not all can afford the top of the range. Reviews should start with the mid-priced unit's (in a model range).
I do understand that it was probably Yamaha/Balanced Audio that supplied the unit, so maybe AVSA didn't have a full say.
