My amp started cutting out every few seconds. I think it might be a faulty dstv decoder linked through HDMI that damaged the amp. I took it to the official repairers and was quoted R11000 to replace some board. Does this sound right? Is there anyone out there that can replace damaged components instead of the whole board? Your advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
