i am trying to help out a guy with a broken yamaha RX-V1600 amp.
i have not yet had a look at the amp, so i am hoping that someone knows if these amps are problematic and what i can look for.
the complaint is that the amp does not switch on at all.
i don't know if the power even comes through to the standby light.
