Tonight I am saddened to hear about a customer who over time has splashed more than a million Rands with a particular vendor only to discover that the vendor now speaks with a forked tongue and is unwilling to deliver what has already been quoted and paid for by the customer.
There incidents are to be expected but when it does happen, it is quite sad.
