I'm with Francois and his selections, but my personal favourite Valve Audio Black Widow Pre....all the way.  And if you wanna buy and never think to look around again, but spend on Power next, while I know it's just a Rotel Power amp, but even a VA Genesis Pre.  :notworthy:

Is it just me, or are people expecting way too much for speakers that are 15 to 20yrs plus old?  In some cases expecting to get almost the same as they paid? I realise speakers and amps age better than many of the other products, which are more radically impacted by tech innovation, etc., but...

Definitely...any 'wired' network connection is more stable than wireless. Will there be visible differences...well you would have to determine that.
