Some of you might know. Trying to find a solution for this all over the place...
I have a touchscreen double din unit, it has zero FM/AM reception - it just scans for signal.
So far I have tried: Random band ranges, E.g. Europe, China, Americas. Anyone know what band we use over here, to me it's all FM, so not sure why there's a setting.
Tried changing the selectable radio chip.
Bought another antenna and tried that. Both antenna are not amplified.
Tried a soft reset, tried a hard reset of the device
So far, no joy... If I put it at full volume I can hear slight radio static that goes away when I tune.

I'm not sure if its possible that the tuner chip is fried - or if the antenna socket is disconnected.
It uses this tuner chip, I'm not sure how easy it is to replace, or if its even the problem:
