Easiest way to add decent sound to lcd

Hi guys and girls - constantly getting comments on how difficult the current system is to operate...not sure why, but anyway. What is the simplest way to add decent sound to an lcd? Will just have the dstv connected. Was thinking amplifier from the tv...connected to two wall mount speakers. Tv I'm looking at (Samsung 6 series) only has digital out, no two channel stereo. Would prefer from the tv rather than dstv. Even better if the amp turns on and off with tv, and even better if volume controlled by dstv, including hd channels.
