The brick and mortar for my HT room is finally done. Dimensions are 4m (W) x 7.3m (D) and 3.3m (H).
The plan is to put up a 135" screen. The room will have 2 rows of seats with the front row at about 4m from screen.
Conduits for surrounds are in place at the following distances:
1. Surrounds @ 2.2m from floor and 5.25m from front wall. The plan is to angle them so the the tweeter is pointing at the far corner of the front row couch.
2. Rears are against back wall at 2.6m from the fooot.
3. Atmos front heights ceiling mounted at 3.3m from front wall.
4. Atmos rears at 5.85 from front wall. This will be ceiling mounted
The plastering work begins on Tuesday and I want to make any adjustments before he conduits are plastered in.
Please give any recommendations regarding this position ( seats in relation to sourrounds) before the conduits are plastered in.
