Hey guys,
At the moment I have a single setup that I use for HT and Stereo purposes. I was day dreaming the other day about my ideal stereo setup. This is purely hypothetical as I don't have the space where I currently live.
These where the constraints I was working with:
1. Keep things simple
2. Best bang for the buck
3. Mostly used with lossless digital sources.
4. Great imaging but also great bass
This was what I came up with:
1. Kef LS50 wireless
2. PC as a source connected via USB
3. Dirac live running on the PC + Roon and Tidal
4. Mini DSP 2x4 plugged into the Kef's subwoofer out
5. 2 SVS SB1000's (possibly 3 setup up using the Geddes method)
6. Some bass traps to handle modal ringing
What would your dream setup be?
