Picked this up late last week. The lady selling mentioned that the accompanying components that made up the hifi were stolen but the thieves didn't bother with the speakers. Suffice to say, it was never used from that time.
Was pretty dirty when I fetched them but I could see that they were still in good condition. Spent a couple of hours on Sunday removing about 20-25 years worth of dust and this is how they look after the clean..
I'm not sure what to expect from them so has anyone had any experience with these back in the day..??
