I'm looking for some recommendations on a good quality office chair. I'm current have a Makro one, but it's really not doing my back any favours. Have any of you purchased the more expensive Ergonomic chairs? Was it worth it?
A friend of mine also recommend a yoga/pilates ball to sit on. I'm finding working from home I'm sitting 8+ hours a day and not getting to move to the next meeting, it's just one teleconference call after the next.
