As a lightie I first read of the Pisa construction failure. I tried simulating it by leaning a brick at an angle and staring at it for some time. Why? Maybe to get a feeling of the idiocy wonder of the whole story. Mom thought I needed medication but dad just gave me some beer, as I recall. I cannot comprehend the need to go visit and oohaah over a skew pile of bricks, no matter how gentrified. For some inexplicable reason I feel a thirst coming on.
