Many many years ago I was cured from Upgraditis Fatalis and since have come to appreciate good stuff, good gear, those things that keep working and never, ever, let You down.
Most of my audio gear is very old, from the 60:s to the early 80:s, I will never replace anything there ( actually he?s lying again, there certainly will be several cartridges bought the coming years)
But what I actually mean is that when You find the right stuff, which off course is different from person to person, it is a good feeling, something like coming home, no more chasing ghosts needed.
Anyone else feeling that, I have no need to replace this amp, tt or whatever?
Actually, Guy Clarke explains this far better.
