Tweeter or Crossover replacement

Hi Forum,

I have a pair of Wharfedale Atlantic 400 floor standers that I picked up for next to nothing, well, the saying is true, you get what you pay for. The 2 woofers in each speaker appear to be fine but I get nothing from the tweeters. 

I cant seem to post pics here, possibly not enough posts yet?? Hopefully the skydrive link work.

Will it be possible to connect normal speakers to the tweeter outputs on the crossovers to test that the crossover is still working?
