How would one go about unblocking a modem to allow it to work with any Sim card.
I accidentally purchased R385 Cell C Airtime Instead of Vodacom for my Mrs (which didn't Sit well) :RTFM: so now I need to rectify the situation.
I tried going back to the shop where the airtime was purchased but they just
